We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the designated checkout system. By submitting payment, you authorize the transaction and agree to comply with all related terms of sale.

3. Merchandise Sales

All merchandise offered through our online store is produced and fulfilled via third-party dropshipping partners.

Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment provider for production and shipping. Orders cannot be modified, returned, or canceled once processing begins. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or defects caused by the fulfillment provider but will make reasonable efforts to assist with any issues that arise.

4. Event Ticket Purchases

All event ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or future credits will be issued for any reason, including inability to attend, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

In some cases, name transfers may be allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. Requests must be submitted in writing via the contact form on our website or by email to the address listed below. Transfers are subject to approval and availability.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by any additional rules, safety requirements, and entry conditions communicated prior to or during the event.

5. Media Rights and Consent

By attending any live or recorded R1TUAL event, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant R1TUAL Music & Entertainment and its affiliates the right to use such images, video, and audio for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation or notice.

All media captured at our events remains the sole property of R1TUAL Music & Entertainment, a Neshama Alheem, LLC company.

6. Intellectual Property

All R1TUAL trademarks, logos, slogans, and related materials are proprietary to Neshama Alheem, LLC. Use of any of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

You may not use our name, brand elements, or likeness for advertising, endorsement, or any commercial purpose without express written consent.
