Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which R1TUAL Music & Entertainment, a Neshama Alheem, LLC company (“R1TUAL Music & Entertainment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) accepts, processes, and manages merchandise and event-related purchases. By completing a purchase through our website, store, or affiliated ticketing platforms, you agree to this policy.


1. General Policy Overview

All sales made through R1TUAL Music & Entertainment — including merchandise, digital products, and event tickets — are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, except as required by applicable law.


2. Merchandise Purchases

Most merchandise is produced and fulfilled through a third-party provider. Each item is printed, packaged, and shipped specifically for the customer once the order is placed.

Because of this custom fulfillment process:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for reasons such as size, color, or change of preference.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins.

  • In the rare event of a misprint, damage (on our part–not during shipping), or inherent defect, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@r1tualmusic.com with supporting photos and order details. Verified issues will be reviewed and, if approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Please note: R1TUAL Music & Entertainment does not handle most of the physical merchandise and is not responsible for delays, shipping errors, or quality concerns resulting from the fulfillment provider.


3. Event Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales for R1TUAL Music & Entertainment events are non-refundable and non-transferable except under limited circumstances described below.

Event Cancellations

If an event is canceled by R1TUAL Music & Entertainment, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Attendee-Initiated Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an event for any reason — including illness, travel conflicts, or personal circumstances — no refunds or credits will be issued.

Name Transfers

In certain cases, name transfers may be permitted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Requests must be submitted in writing to support@r1tualmusic.com and are subject to approval. We do not guarantee availability or acceptance of transfers beyond this timeframe.


4. Digital Products and Media

Any digital downloads, recordings, or media purchased through R1TUAL Music & Entertainment are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been granted. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of digital content is strictly prohibited.


5. Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing a ticket, merchandise, or other product through R1TUAL Music & Entertainment, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final.
R1TUAL Music & Entertainment is not responsible for customer errors during checkout, third-party payment processing issues, or dissatisfaction with subjective product characteristics such as fit, feel, or event experience.
